Vimpo Industrial Viscose Pump Founder Ahmet Okan Gezinir started his company activities as the trade of industrial gear pumps and valves. In line with the needs of the sector, Vimpo moved to a 1,230 m2 closed area in Ostim Organized Industrial Zone in 2005 and started the production of industrial gear pumps and valves.
VD Series are able to work with the same efficienty on both rotation directions. The by-pass assembly position should be reversed when the dischange port is changed on the pumps ebdowed with by-pass assembly. Elevated pressures can be obtained even with low revolution speeds and high efficienty with low flow rates due to positive displacement feature of these pumps. Required flow rates can easily be obtained by chancing the speed beacuse of flow rate and revolving speed are almost directly proportional. All liquids with viscosity ranging from 38 to 250,000 SSU can be transferred without any difficulty.

VH Series Helical and Spur Gear Pumps are utilized for the transfer of low, medium and high viscous liquids. They are identical internal eccentric rotary gear pumps in working principle to transfer liquids as their gear teeth engage and disengage during rotation motion. Contrary, gears of these pumps are of same size and rotate engaged facing one another. However, rotation speed should be adjusted properly for the high viscosity liquids. More reliable and precise liquid flow can be obtained due to relatively less internal dimensional clearances. Thus, these series pumps are adequate for the precise and measured transfers of liquids like polymers, fuels and chemical additives.

VN Series are ideal for the silent and consistent transfer of clean and lubricating ciscous liquids with viscosity up to 100,000 cSt, at a temperature up to 200 oC, at a pressure up to 15 bar with capacity of up to 50m3/hour. These pumps are integrated with over-pressure relief valve, soft of mechanical seal, two way discharge ports, suction lift up to 5m depth. When required, alternative pump materials are also available for the transfer of the special liquids at higher temperatures and pressures.

Vf Series are compact design, flange couple, direct drive, in-line gear coupled suction and discharge port, horizontal shaft pumps used for the liquid transfer, vacuum process, lubricating or dozing purposes. Impermeability is secured by means of a mechanical seal resistant to high temperatures which does not require cooling an maintenance. These pumps are directly coupled to an electric motor or a gear box by means of a B5 flange.

VKY Series are horizontal shaft, single flow rate, worm body, horizontal suction port centrifugal pumps, impermeability is secured by means of a mechanical seal resistant to high temperatures which does not require cooling and maintenance. The shaft bearing is secured with two high temperature resistant special ball bearings. The ball bearing at pump side is lubricated with heat transfer oil while the other one at the motor side is lubriceted with heat resistant grease oil. These pumps can also be manufactured with different materials according to different application requirements.

VY Series are used to transfer liquids at high pressures of up to 30 bar depending on liquid viscosity. These pumps are positive diplacement type pumps which consist of two gear assemblies. At the discharge port of the pump, gear teeth enforce the liquid to flow outside the pump by means of pressure come out of engagement of gear teeth. The pump outputs high pressure depending on counter resistance of pumping line system during the operation. The liquid of same volume of inner pump volume is transferred at per each revolution of the pump shaft. That’s why the pump capacity is directly proportional with the size and the revolving speed of the pump.
