Two Way Conical Valves

Vimpo two way conical valves (plug valves) open and close the line with a quarter turn of a tapered plug inside the body. With the plug open the fluid flows through a straight passage, which is why they are used on lines carrying viscous and hot fluids such as bitumen, polymer modified bitumen and fuel oils. The body is grey cast iron (GG-25), supplied non-jacketed or with a thermal oil jacket. Sizes 2”, 3”, 4” and 6”; fluid temperature up to 220 °C.
