Emulsion Mills

A colloid mill is a device that ensures a perfectly homogeneous mixture. Colloid mills operate based on the rotor-stator principle. The gap between the rotor and stator mechanism is adjustable (0.3 mm – 3 mm). The emulsion mill can be designed with electric or thermal oil heating, while the PMB mill is designed with thermal oil heating. The rotor and stator mechanism is made of corrosion- and wear-resistant materials. Sealing is ensured by a mechanical seal. The design is separate for PMB and emulsion applications. When an appropriate rotational speed and a specific pressure are provided from the feed pump according to the mixing ratios, 4 to 20 m³ of product can be obtained depending on the viscosity of the liquids.

It provides homogeneous mixture at perfect values thanks to the special, gear structured, rotor and stator designed separately for PMB and for Emulsion. Rotor and stator mechanism distance can be adjusted. (0.3 mm - 3 mm) Emulsion mill can be designed as electric or hot oil heated, PMB mill can be designed as hot oil heated. Rotor and stator mechanism are made of corrosion and abrasion resistant material. Their tightness is provided by a mechanical seal.
