VY Series are used to transfer liquids at high pressures of up to 30 bar depending on liquid viscosity. These pumps are positive diplacement type pumps which consist of two gear assemblies. At the discharge port of the pump, gear teeth enforce the liquid to flow outside the pump by means of pressure come out of engagement of gear teeth. The pump outputs high pressure depending on counter resistance of pumping line system during the operation. The liquid of same volume of inner pump volume is transferred at per each revolution of the pump shaft. That’s why the pump capacity is directly proportional with the size and the revolving speed of the pump.
