2½” VH Helical Gear Pump

VH Series Helical and Spur Gear Pumps are utilized for the transfer of low, medium and high viscous liquids. They are identical internal eccentric rotary gear pumps in working principle to transfer liquids as their gear teeth engage and disengage during rotation motion. Contrary, gears of these pumps are of same size and rotate engaged facing one another. However, rotation speed should be adjusted properly for the high viscosity liquids. More reliable and precise liquid flow can be obtained due to relatively less internal dimensional clearances. Thus, these series pumps are adequate for the precise and measured transfers of liquids like polymers, fuels and chemical additives.
