VH-100 external helical gear pump for continuous, pulsation-free transfer of bitumen, PMB and heavy oils. Flow up to 60.9 m³/h at 461 rpm (≤ 165 cSt); differential pressure up to 15 bar, DN100 suction and discharge, viscosity 10 ~ 55,000 cSt, temperature 0 ~ 230 °C.
VH Series Helical Gear Pump CatalogVH-100 is a positive displacement transfer pump working on the external helical gear principle. Two helical gears in mesh carry the fluid along the casing wall from the suction to the discharge side; the continuous, overlapping tooth engagement gives a smooth, pulsation-free flow. The heavy-duty casing runs at low speed (up to 461 rpm) behind a helical gearmotor and is fully jacketed as standard, which makes the VH series the reference pump for hot, viscous products such as bitumen and heavy fuel oil. Flow is proportional to speed and independent of pressure.
